Why is getting 2 pips/ 32k bloodpoints, on survivor, so much harder?
Is it just me and because i'm bad? Do you have tips?
I know i'm a killer main, thats why i do better with killer. But still, does anyone know why survivors get so little bloodpoints/ pips per match?

its because of how the Emblems are earned.
for Survivors, each of the 4 Emblems represents one key objective. Lightbringer is for doing gens, Unbroken is for making it out alive, Benevolent is for helping teammates and Evader is for interactions with the Killer.
In other words, you can only really progress one of them at a time, as they are all tied to a different objective. (it is similar in terms of BP cathegories - one for doing gens, one for escaping, one for helping teammates and one for interacting with the Killer).
for Killer however, this is not the case. The 4 Killer Emblems (and BP cathegories) are all centered around one single objective: killing the Survivors. They all just represent a different step / approach towards it. Gatekeeper is for keeping them in the trial with you, Devout is for killing them, Malicious is for hooking and injuring them a lot and Chaser is for chases. The BP cathegories reward you for chasing, injuring them / breaking their stuff, hooking / sacrificing them and using your power to catch them.
In other words, you passively progress all 4 while pursuing your one objective, which is why its easier for the Killer player to max out on BP / Emblems than it is for each individual Survivor player.

All of killers main ways of getting bp will somewhat align with chasing. As far as I'm aware, they can get bp in all categories just by getting into chases.
For survivor, it's a lot more spread out. You're not going to be healing survivors while being chased, or going for hook saves when you're on the opposite side of the map doing a gen.

I put up 24k points yesterday in a match an didn’t get a single pip

Two factors:
You are competing with other Survivors for the Points and Emblems. If you never be able to get an Unhook, you will have a hard time to get Altriusm-Points or Benevolence Emblems.
If you are chased all game, you will not get Objective Points (but Lightbringer-Emblem). And the other way around, if someone else is tunneled all game, you get a lot of Objective and Lightbringer, but almost no Evader or Boldness.
Second factor is the Unbroken-Emblem and Survival-Points. If you die, you cannot double-pip (in Iri Grades). No matter what you do. And usually, if you die, you are missing out on a big chunk of BPs, since the Survival-Points are the hardest to get (but it is getting better).

Well, i understand better now. But it is such a shame. Seriously, they actually manage to deal with this problem with some events (when survivors get points for the team doing gens)... i wish this would be base kit feature.
That's atrocious.

Here is the proof. Absolutely ridiculous

A simple way of looking at it, regardless of how a game goes, the killer is responsible for every successful action of his team. A survivor might go well over accomplishing 1/4 of his team's successes, but he can't be responsible for all the team's success unless they all DC right away.
The survivor team can be awarded far more than the killer team, but they have to share them.

Because the killer has 3 other people to hunt, down, hook and kill. You can't all be focus of attention at any one time whereas the killer spends 100% of the game engaging the opposing players. If anything, survivors deserve 1/4 of the bloodpoints that killers can earn.
