New Survivor Idea-Kolchak, The Night Stalker.
I have an idea for a potential new survivor. His name is Carl Kolchak, the fictional character from the horror crime ABC television series Kolchak: The Night Stalker, an investigative reporter who solves and reports on cases, although they are never believed or are suppressed, that involve the supernatural, the extraterrestrial, the macabre, and the incredible. He has survived vampires, werewolves, androids, aliens, witches, voodoo zombies, Satanists, shaman spirits, a whole plethora of incredible monsters and evils. He is driven to solve these mysteries, willing to put himself in dangerous, life threatening positions, to solve them, and very often he himself defeats the evil entity, through a combination of research into the entity he is facing, gut instinct, and dumb luck. With his trusty camera, portable cassette player, and straw hat, he is always ready to face down the next terror lurking in the shadow.

The series first started as two television films, The Night Stalker and the sequel The Night Strangler, and developed into a television series that lasted for 1 season despite it being popular. There were also several comic books and novels made in the 2000's.

Survivor : Carl Kolchack
Carl always had a curious nose, found his way into the strangest of situations with ease. With his trusty camera and lucky straw hat, he managed to out wit and out play the denzens of the occult.
One day, a rather intriguing story caught his attention. A similar reporter got lost in the woods.( Benedict reference cuz This can develop into something extremely important for the lore with theories) His senses tingled, and his gut feeling urged him to go and investigate.
The saying goes as follows ": curiosity killed the cat. "
Little did Carl Know that death would be a relief in the nether he was about to step in.
Upon pondering the woods, Carl found many traces of lost human beings. This only uplifted his desire to uncover the truth about these woods.
And about the fog, most importantly, for it cam around him, circling him to so e extent.
Carl heard a whisper, then another, then fell asleep.
The next morning, if it could be called that, he found himself next to the campfire. The camera was the only mem to left in the woods, piled with the rest of the remenats of those who got Lost.Perks : Uncanny truth : your desire to know the truth is overwhelmingly strong. Weakness uncovered : your perception is flawless. You can see the enemy's weaknes through deep analysis. After a window vault, that same window has reduced vault speed for the killer by 5/10/15 percent
Studious : you learn from mistakes, as well as successes. For each Great skill check, receive one token, up to a max of 2/3/4. Each token is consumed once an action start. That action gets 5 percent increased action speed
