Decisive strike: becomes a wiggle progress proc (this would make it less of a standalone skill as it could be paired with boil over for effectiveness)

Dead hard: add a hitbox that is just smaller than the survivors normal hitbox for its duration (to encourage skilled dodging and ducking of attacks)

Circle of healing: reduce the friggin range by like 1/4th pleez

let me know what killer perks you guys think are op

Hex: NOED: once the exit gates are powered all survivors are notified automatically that they are exposed (removes the fear of wonder that noed afflicts survivors with, making it easier to utilize their fight or flight reflexes to the fullest)

    Dead Hard and CoH need nerfs, along with Iron Will. Every other survivor perk is fine.

    Dead Hard needs a rework, I can't see it's current concept being balanced without either keeping it S tier or completely killing its use.

    CoH doesn't need a range nerf. That doesn't fix it's main issue. It needs the self care ability removed imo, while also reverting to the 100% heal speed boost to compensate.

    Iron Will needs either a duration or a reduction to the percentage that it reduces for grunts of pain.

    great example of what decisive does to "carry" (lmao) survivors

    changing it to a wiggle progress skill would make it into an rng based on how far from a hook you are skill instead of a get out of jail free card
