A Metal Gear Solid themed chapter idea.
Solid Snake as the survivor
(2 Legendary Skins, one of Naked Snake and one of Old Snake)
Perks:
Infiltration - As a skilled soldier, you've picked up a knack for finding the right items for the situation.
You have a 15%/20%/25% better chance of obtaining an item from a chest that will be able to stun the killer. Any item obtained from a chest this way is unable to appear with add-ons.
CQC - You were trained by the best soldier of the 20th-Century, and learned well.
Any stun you inflict is increased from 2 seconds to 2.8/2.9/3 seconds. You suffer from the Exhausted status for 90/75/60 seconds, and the Hindered status for 6 seconds. This perk has a cooldown of 90 seconds.
The Boss' Legacy - Any item you hold has twice its remaining charges as long as you're holding it. If you drop the item by any means, or if it's on the ground after you're sacrificed, it loses 10/8/6 charges immediately.
Gray Fox as the killer (The Cyborg)
(2 Legendary Skins, one of Raiden and one of Liquid Snake)
Power: Assassination
When a survivor is within 32m, your speed gradually increases from 115% to 125%, allowing you to quickly finish your foes. Iridescent add-ons improve speed to 130% and make it so that if you reach Bloodlust 3 at current max speed, any survivor that comes within 8m becomes exposed.
Perks:
Stealth Camouflage - You were granted enhanced stealth by the Entity. The first time a Survivor enters your terror radius, per cooldown, you make 100% less noise for 15/20/25 seconds, and you become Undetectable for 30 seconds. This perk has a cooldown of 50 seconds. (Edit for cooldown)
Assassin's Eye - You can easily identify your mark, even as others attempt to distract you. You become Obsessed with one survivor. While the Obsession is in the Injured or Dying State for 30 seconds, and each time they're hooked, you gain a token. For each Token you have, you see auras of survivors just outside of your Terror Radius by 1m/1.2m/1.6m per token. (Edit for explanation: So you would see any survivor at exactly 32m-33m/32m-33.2m/32m-33.6m for 1 token, then 32m-35.2m for 2, then 32m-36.8m for 3, then 32m-38.4m, etc.)
Betrayal - Those who attempt to control others anger you, and the Entity is just the newest. Every time a generator is repaired to 50% a difficult skillcheck triggers for all survivors on it, and whenever a generator is fully repaired the survivors that were working on it suffer from the Exhausted status for 4/5/6 seconds and the Hindered status for 6/8/10 seconds. When a survivor comes within 20m of a powered exit gate, or an opened hatch, you see their aura for 3 seconds.
Map:
Shadow Moses Island (Though this would likely result in similar problems as RPD, so maybe have wider halls and brighter lights, similar to Hawkins brighter areas?)
So, aside from MGS not being horror meaning this'll never happen, how would you build on or change these ideas?
