Killer unable to pick me up (I think) on Springwood

Description of the issue: I believe this Ghost Face could not pick me up here (screenshot below). Of course because it's Ghost Face and he/she was not on Steam/PC, I had no way of communicating with the killer player to ask if they were teabagging me. It looked like they were trying to pick me up though.
Steps to reproduce (if possible): Go down in this part of Badham, see if the kilter can pick you up.
How often does this occur: First time I've noticed.
