What the hell with TInkerer???

Few times while I played with it, I`ve got a feeling that it didn`t work once or twice.... BUT
I`ve played whole much with tinkerer activated 2 per match, and yet 2 survivors escaped
Yellow and green tinkerer sometimes just don`t work. I`ve noticed the glitch while I was playing :
Huntress, Legion, Blight and Hillbilly.
Please, do something!
