The Perfect Solution to Facecamping
This is the perfect solution for facecamping or camping within about 6 meters of the survivor. Every 15 seconds a killers is within facecamping range to 6 meters and isn't in a chase, that killers MMR is increased substantially till eventually that killer's MMR is maxed. Maybe after 1 minute of facecamping, the killers MMR is maxed.
This will allow facecamping killers to go against survivors that are equiped to deal with facecamping. Facecamping killers still get to facecamp as much as they want but at least they won't be ruining the games of brand new players.

I don't think it does matter because those facecamp killers are usually have maxed out MMR, people are altruistic and sometime outright suicide when they got camped.
