Artist map Flashbang with OBS

So as the title says for some odd reason when recording with OBS on this map flashbangs happen like the map gets insanely bright. Yes I have a Nvidia filter but no brightness is added to it same with my OBS filter even happens in game to an extent. Note I don't have this issue on any other map other but this one.
Anyone else having this issue or something similar?
