Hag Disfigured Ear Addon Does Not Cause Deafen

Add-on: Disfigured Ear (Triggering a Phantasm Trap causes the Survivor to be deafened for 6 seconds)
Survivor Played: Jonah Vazquez
Map: Racoon City Police Department
Bug: Any time I triggered a Hag trap, I did not receive the "deafen" effect. I could still hear everything, including other survivors, map ambiance noise, and the Hag herself, perfectly. I was in solo queue, so I am not certain if the other survivors in this match experienced the same bug.
