Fix hugging walls from downed so Killer can pick them up

This is really annoying
When you down someone and the Survivors are close to a wall or obstacle, they move even closer in and the killer wont get the "Pick Up" prompt. This needs to be fixed.

Never seen this.
Maybe you mean when they crawl to a window so instead of picking the survivor up the killer vaults it? In that case just turn away from the window.
I have seen killers not being able to pick up a survivor that's under a hooked survivor though.
