Wiggle Bug (different to other wiggle bug i seen here)

I was playing as Jane v Billy on Lery's and got grabbed, the Billy carried me to nearby hook and i did not see the wiggle bar and it did not feel like i was wiggling at all although i am not 100% certain about that as i was not on the shoulder for long and by the time i realised something was off i was already on the hook
