We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

if when logging in you have 3 daily rituals and 1 is completed, when you claim your ritual and it shows another if you delete the new one for a new one it will show an error message and then not give a challenge at all
edit: after i played a game i was given a new daily ritual with the option to remove one again
