We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.

Onryo's "inexorable stare" mori after fully condemning a survivor does not count towards execution challenge (kill survivors by and means)

Perhaps, it has something to do with it also not counting for "Survivor Mori" category of Devout Emblem. Hopefully, that gets fixed.
