sadako confusion
can someone fill me in on how sadakos abilities affect your throughout the game from a survivor perspective?
i get the tv teleportation and the condemnation. I don't understand the manifesting/demanifesting etc.
What do the tapes do? can you effectively shut down every tv if its coordinated enough? is there any way to successfully loop? she always seems to fast for me.

She is 115% movement speed when walking around whether manifested or demanifested, and gets a speed penalty when manifesting or demanifesting. The televisions turn back on automatically after a certain amount of time, so no all TVs could not be turned off at the same time unless the killer repeatedly teleports to them herself.
The tapes slowly give you condemned while you hold them, and remove 3 condemned bars once inserted into their assigned TV (which will always be the furthest TV from the one you picked it up from).
Yes you can loop her, just watch out for her teleportation to a TV as she gets a temporary ~1 second speed boost after teleporting.

With a coordinated group you can currently shut off a significant number of tvs. TVs turned off by survivors stay off for 60 seconds at base and 100 seconds at base after Sadako teleports to a TV. If for some reason all TVs are turned off they will come back on much like Plague's fountains giving Plague corrupt purge automagically should all fountains be tainted.

The TVs turning back on if they're all off is a disabled feature, that currently does not happen

Yes, which is why people should read wikis more carefully, it clearly says it in the power trivia.
