    Ehm yeah?

Two apps existed (the second after the first didn't work anymore after a fix) back in the second and third year of the game when player information for a trial was handled Clientside and was not encoded but saved as a simple Textfile.

Luckily that ######### is fixed nowadays.

In the P2P networking era of DBD there used to be a program that could let people see the killer's name.

It still exists and it's pretty common nowadays, sadly. They know which killer (character) they are facing and the Steam ID of the player.
