Infinite decisive strike timer

If you flashlight save a survivour while they have the decisive strike skill check, and they choose not to hit it and the other survivour flashlight saves - then the survivour with decisive strike will have unlimited decisive strike until they either use it, by getting picked up by the killer or do an action like reparing a generator or healing someone.
