Dead by Daylight Killer Idea: The Angel

New Killer: The Angel (Claire Delaware)
A once kind and endearing soul, Claire was always seen as the brightest star in her family, despite their poor living standards. However, when an opportunity to escape their poverty arose, her own family betrayed her and sold her off to be nothing more than a slave to another. Through the torture and the screams, Claire never gave up hope and swore to escape this hellish nightmare, and like her family, when she was given a chance for freedom, she took it. With her new powers, Claire could finally seek justice against the family that betrayed her many nights ago...

Killer Weapon: Holy Scythe
(The Angel moves at 110% movement speed, has a standard Terror Radius of 32 meters and has a large lunge range. This is mainly to offset her powers, which can change the tide of the match depending on the situation.)

Killer Power: Angel's Blessings (Upon hooking a Survivor, the Angel gains a token up to a max of 4. By holding the Charge button, you can spend a certain amount of tokens to drastically change the flow of the game.)
Blessing #1: Divine Respite: (Upon gaining one Token, Divine Respite is be unlocked. By holding the Charge button for one second, automatically disable the Generator for 30 seconds. Lose one Token upon use. Divine Respite takes 15 seconds to recharge
Blessing #2, Divine Disdain (Upon two Tokens, Divine Decree is unlocked. By holding the Charge button for two seconds, reveal the aura of the closest Survivor for 2 seconds and Expose that Survivor for 30 seconds. Lose two Tokens upon use. Divine Decree takes 30 seconds to recharge.)
Blessing #3, Divine Radiance (Upon gaining three Tokens, Divine Radiance is unlocked. By holding the Charge button for three seconds, all Survivors suffer from the Hindered status effect for 45 seconds. Lose three Tokens upon use. Divine Radiance takes 45 seconds to recharge.)
Blessing #4, Divine Angel (Upon gaining four Tokens, Divine Angel is unlocked. By holding the Charge button for four seconds, all Survivor within your Terror Radius suffer from one state of damage and all Survivors across the map become Deafened for 4 seconds. Survivors cannot be downed with this ability. Lose four Tokens upon use. Divine Angel takes 60 seconds to recharge.)

Killer Perks:
(After going through the original perks I had, I decided to change them. I figured this might be a little better and I will offer an explanation to each and every Perk down below. Enjoy.)

Sadistic Blow: Your strikes are brutal and precise. Any Survivor you down has their crawling speed reduced by 50% and their blood trails last considerably longer. Gain 50% more Bloodpoints in the Brutality Category. (This basically helps when trying to track downed Survivors. Normally a downed Survivor can sometimes make it to the other side of the map if left for too long, so this helps counter that, at least if you don't have Deerstalker equipped.)

Evil Angel: Inside of you lurks a horrific darkness waiting to burst. Whenever you are stunned or blinded, gain a token up to a max of 6. Each Token increases your action speed by 5% up to 30%. Lose two Token after downing a Survivor. (This perk is mainly to help with the chase and a decent alternative to STBFL and maybe Brutal Strength. It makes certain actions significantly shorter, like vaulting or breaking, allowing you to not lose any momentum.)

Family Trade: You're painfully aware of what the Survivors are capable of, and know how to work around it. When approaching a dropped pallet, use the secondary action "Rig" to trap the pallet. If any injured Survivor tries to use the pallet, the pallet will break and the Survivor will be downed immediately. If a non-injured Survivor uses the pallet, the pallet will break instantly after use. Can only Rig three pallet at a time. (There are probably many, many other ways to counter pallet-looping. I figured I'd make this a fun way to do it. It only works on injured Survivors, though, since I didn't want to make it broken and get it two free hits at once.)

(For this Killer, I wanted to try something a little bit different. This Killer gives the player more agency and allows the Killer to flip the tables on the Survivors depending on the play-style and encourages planning ahead and deciding what's the best course of action going forward. While my previous Fan-Made Killer, the Witch, was mainly about the chase, the Angel can provide a more challenging experience for Survivors and change the course of the game within a few seconds. I'll admit, I wasn't so sure about the Killer Perks this time, though.)

I might do the Full Chapter of this if I manage to get some proper ideas going. If any of you guys have any comments/ suggestions/ altercations, please leave a comment as I am open to discussion. Thanks for taking the time to read if you made it this far. Thanks and see you in the fog!

The power seems very interesting. I think having a killer who gains tokens and can choose what to do with them is a really good idea.

Unforgiving is ok but I don't think it is great. It would also encourage camping a bit I think.

False sense I'm not sure how it works. Can your terror radius not be heard outside of 16m of the generator? If so then when you run this with Monitor and Abuse it would be way to strong.

Judgement I don't think is that strong at all. I don't understand why people would use it. Bitter Murmur shows auras for 10 seconds when the gates are powered and the exhausted status is only 30 seconds with this perk. If someone is doing an end game build I'd still pick NOED, Blood Warden, Remember Me and Bitter Murmur ahead of this. If exhausted was changed to hindered and the time increased that would be more useful.

Sorry if this seems negative, I tried to give you the best feedback I could.

Don't sweat it. I tried to think of some brand new perks, but I was stuck a bit since there are so many good perks out now. I'll try to explain False Sense and Judgement real quick since you asked.

False Sense was going to make it seem like you were walking AWAY from the generator instead of towards it, making Survivors believe that you were heading the opposite direction. I didn't know exactly how to make it work, but I figured I'd try it anyways.

As for Judgement, yeah maybe I should have buffed it a little. The main goal of it was to counter skills like Adrenaline and Hope.

Right now, I'm considering just redoing all of her Perks and try to make something more interesting. Thanks for the feedback, btw. I really appreciate it.
