We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Billy's Rift Outfit has a broken pallet break animation

When you break a pallet without using your chainsaw (the normal interaction) with Billy's milkman cosmetic, it plays a different breaking animation that looks very awkward. I'm not sure if it's the pants or the torso.
