Sadako is frustratingly weak.

I understand her not having chase potential IF her hit and run stealth mechanics were good, but they are TRASH and easily countered.

She's meant to be a hit and run stealth killer with good map control. Yet whenever you teleport to a gen the survivors get SO MUCH sound notice to get away, then you're a basic M1 killer who will get looped into eternity. If you use hit and run tactics, everyone just abuses Circle of healing. The undetectable status coming out of a TV doesn't matter when the survivors can hear exactly where the TV is and get a sound notification when you are coming out of it.

If you approach a gen de-manifested survivors can very easily hear her approaching with a very distinguishable sound. And she also makes a noise when channelling her manifestation too.

She's an M1 killer in the chase, so you'll waste time when the whole team is running dead hard. If you give up chase to go teleport to another gen, the survivor you left just goes and heals up with COH. The gen you teleport to you rarely get a free hit, because like I said, they can hear exactly where the TV is that you are coming out of.

Sorry for the rant, but she was fun when i first started playing her - now I'm stuck in what I assume is mid tier MMR as I am getting SWFs with dead hards and boons all the time and I just can't keep up with her.

I agree that she's extremely weak in what I assume are higher MMR tiers. When I play during weekdays and get matched with teammates at my experience level, she consistently manages 1k or less. Often less than 5 total hook stages.

It's mobility for the sake of mobility. Most of the time I can look at a tv while I work on a gen or run early when I hear the teleport audio queue. Then she has to close the gap for a single hit, and probably cross the map just to chase without a power.

Condemned isn't threatening or a game delay. I often use a tape one time per match max. Because she brings nothing to the table in terms of utility, survivors don't have to make decisions at a high level or manage resources. She's weak, but she's also extremely simple to play against. That's a bad combination. It's hard to mess up against her.

I completely agree. She doesn't excel at stealth, she doesn't excel at hit and run, and she has no strength in chases either.

I should also mention the way a lot of the TVs are stationed. A lot of them are facing AWAY in the opposite direction from the generator or the loops. Meaning that it is also disorientating for the killer as they come out of the TV. And furthermore gives more time for the survivor to cycle to a completely different jungle gym/loop.

It would definitely help her a lot if she came out of the tvs oriented towards a survivor, like Cenobite or Hag.
