all survivors starting with tapes base kit?

Feel like it would be cool for all survivors to start with tapes so the condemned thingy becomes a threat earlier.
And when we're already talking about getting add ons as base kit get us the nails base kit too pls.

The effect is cool, I'll take any slowdown I can. But yeah, an add on slot for it is pretty bad.
