Sadako Rising is one of the best chapters
Thank you devs for this chapter.
The killer is very scary, the chase music is stressful I love it.
Sadako is very easy to play. It feels good compare to some killers who are unplayable.
The new perks are very interesting and game changing, its very nice. The meta is still the same but I like the fact devs gave us new very good perks the last 3 chapters.
It feels like devs are listening to us which is good.
What lacks the chapter ? A new map. Same old problem : no new map, no old map rework. Its really what makes the game boring sometimes, always the same maps.
Im enjoying this new chapter, Im back for playing almost everyday.
But Im still looking to know how to get the secret charm with the secret cinematic 🤔

Mediocre perks.
Meh character models for both killer and survivor.
They only thing I like is that I'm always on edge looking around for the killer. Thats about it. Once I'm in a chase I dont really care because she cant do much

Parental Guidance is the new Dance with me but better.
New boon is OP with Shadow step.
The third is meh ok.
And all Sadako perks are really nice.
The new scourge hook is OP with make your choice.
The other two are good too with the right build.
And the killer is not easy in chase, yes on the paper she is weak, but her passive phasing thing makes her hard to predict. Or maybe you just played against baby killers 🤷♂️

Parental Guidance only works if you stun the killer and most killers wont exactly fall for stuns. Dance With Me is far more reliable and better imho.
New Boon is only 2% which is too weak to do anything (esp compared to the boost from NOED which is map wide and not area dependent).
Emphatic Connection is terrible an dI've only seen people who used it, including myself, be trolled and have the killer led to every chase.
Scourge Hooks are their own issue. Too much RNG in their spawns and that makes them unreliable - regardless of what you pair with it (unless you want Iron Grasp and Agitation to get use from one perk).
Call of Brine is a weaker but more reliable Ruin I guess?
Merciless Storm is horrific for new players and barely a thought for veterans.
I will say perhaps I have played mostly with new Sadako players (she is a new killer after all), but as a whole, the chapter is very lackluster.
Any Chapter without a new map is an immediate fail imho... The rest just adds to it.

A lot of killers feel bad to play. With a lot of bugs. I can make you a list but it would be too long.
Sadako just feel nice, easy and effective, and she is not bugged.

Parental Guidance should be played with Head On. More effective.
But with pallets you can fake to not drop then go back and drop, almost all killers fall for it.
New Boon + Shadow Step + indoor map or Springwood, enjoy infinite loops 😉
