Just to let folks know...we've done an update on our side so that those who should have received the Charm, will have received it now. The Easter Egg itself is still secret - in as much I'm not saying how it's gained, but those who've made the requirements should restart and then they should get the charm in their inventory.

Hey Mandy my swf teammate on ps4 still hasn't gotten the charm. He's done everything I've done except owning the DLC - I got the charm on the 15th. He's watched the full intro trailer, played against Sadako, been regular mori'd by Sadako, been fully condemned and removed it with tape as well as full condemned and mori'd, has removed and replaced tapes, has escaped from Sadako and sacrificed by Sadako, has logged in every day for 7 days - all of these he did before the fix was put in. The only thing he didn't do was own the DLC but I've seen a bunch that didn't own the DLC not receive the charm. Only thing I can think is it's still bugged for him.
