Freddy Rework Suggestion

So we all know Freddy is under a rework and it's a much needed one. I'm not sure exactly what they have in mind for him but there's a couple things I'd strongly suggest.
- Get rid of his ability to put people to sleep. This is what makes Freddy so incredibly weak to begin with.
- Start everyone in a Freddy match off in the dream world.
- At the start of the match with everyone in the dream world have Freddy's voice be heard by all saying his classic catch line, "You're in my world now, laughter following)
- From here rework him to be a viable killer while everyone has to deal with various issues of being in the dream world with no escape from it like they can now, only escape from the dream world is getting out of the gate or through the hatch like any normal escape.
Tell me your thoughts from here everyone! But I think this would add an awesome beginning to the match for everyone involved and give a reason to actually fear a Freddy from now on.
