I'd suggest looking at their posts.
5000 hours on Survivor is honestly as probable as them having 0 hours on Killer, judging from the bias dripping in every reply.
You're wasting your keystrokes and time.

DS, BT, even DH or bodyblocking counter tunneling.
Not to an extent to where it's impossible to tunnel, but to where it wastes more time than it gains.
Survivors are supposed to play as a team. 1 dead Survivor means 3 escaped. That's a win for the Survivors, whether the questionable SBMM counts it as one or not

I have almost never seen a match where 3 escapes after 1 was tunneled. That is like a 1 out of a thousand chances. It is always a 3 or 4K.
Then you have Leatherface that completely prevents BT and DS from being used.

I see it pretty often, since teammates are usually pretty good and are able to loop the Killer efficiently, aswell as doing Generators.
If Bubba is camping and the Survivor he was chasing wasn't bad at looping, he'll get a 1k at max if the remaining Survivors were doing Generators

I've been playing for a long time and after having loads of experience using both SB and DH, Sprint Burst is much more reliable for me.
Its quick activation + distance provided is too good. Good players with SB are much deadlier to chase. It just so happens that DH is getting more attention on the hype train so everyone is shrugging every other viable option. My vote is for SB for sure.

NGL I am scared for them to change Dead Hard again.
Like we thought it was game breaking, and annoying to deal with now. How often do we have the team actually nerf strong survivor perks lately? Look at what happened to Borrowed Time.

Every meta survivor perk, DS, BT, DH, COH, all make it so survivors essentially have more health states so it takes longer to complete the objective as killer. As long as the meta is 4 survivors bringing 4 perks to give health states, the killers are cornered into stalling perks to drag the time dynamic back to baseline.
Dead Hard alone is a 50% 'stalling' perk for survivors that use it well, nothing on the killer side comes close to that. If we have to take chases that last 50% longer because you have 3 health states instead of 2, then yes, we're likely to put on as much slowdown as possible because gen speed isn't aimed at chases that last that long.

People keep saying that Sprint Burst is stronger then Dead Hard but like why does no one use it and everyone uses Dead Hard then?
If Sprint Burst becomes meta then Fearmonger can just become meta to counter it.

Also it just really sucks when I'm struggling to play around a tile in chase and they have DH. I'll admit I'm not the best when it comes to mindgaming survivors, so it feels extra bad when I do succeed and the surv runs into me, only to undo his mistake instantly by pressing E.
Sprint Burst can help you get to tiles but it does nothing for you when you're looping. It doesnt just let you instantly undo a misplay and it doesnt act as a third health state like DH usually does.

that first sentence is something I would say.
this is just hutch, but I have feeling that new perk that would replace dead hard if dead hard was weakened is Lithe. The reason why I think that is that Lithe allows survivors to utilize unsafe pallets and make those pallet safe by sliding them at correct time therefore chaining unsafe tiles into safe tiles.
You can still get hold-W benefits of sprint burst with Lithe if you can find a window that is facing a good direction when you vault it and Lithe does not require you to manage your exhaustion. Its zero time-waste for potential time-waste from killer. It is really reliable considering that every map has pallets to slide over with possibility to use windows. If only it had on/off button.
Its what made sprint burst not as meta. Sprint burst is not time efficient. What made sprint burst meta in the past was that exhaustion recovered while running. This meant that you could waste sprint burst, be on cooldown but still get exhaust benefit from sprint burst by just looping killer long enough. it made perk as reliable as dead hard. It is no longer as reliable post-change.

Dead hard is reliable perk that affects all killers equally. For many killers, dead hard for distance has no counter-play and it is effectively pseudo 3rd health state from dash aspect alone. It has 0 time investment for survivor but offers big time pay-off for extending chases via looping & greeding pallets/windows. Dead hard also promotes genrushing because the risk of being injured is not as high. Dead hard is at its strongest at the start of the game where the killer is at its weakest as all pallets are on the map and none of them have been used.
I'm curious to what they will do to make dead hard worse and whether they will improve another exhaustion to take its place.

Sprint burst is easy to deal with. I know they will run for few seconds but thats it. DH is just an easy get out of jail card or i screwed up must press E skill. Hey i use dead hard i love it its easy and simple to use and prolongs the chase a lot if used good.
Still i think DH is not healthy for the game.
