SWITCH - Performance Issues Since Latest Patch

Since the most recent bugfix patch (5.6.1) there have been some performance issues as both survivor and killer with the characters' position stuttering and jumping around (ping has been fairly low & stable during these instances). For example: As survivor, even when standing still, my character will occasionally teleport like 3 feet in any direction. I'm not sure if this is a gameplay issue with just the Switch or if it's a broader server issue.
