Repressed Alliance change
I think Repressed Alliance has the right idea for a great perk and could be a cool little niche thing if it was changed slightly. I think it being active for 30 seconds is a little too much. It's nice for Ruin so you can let go of a gen to go for a save and not have your gen regress but it's actually worse for something like PGTW.
Pop gives you 20 seconds of regression if you were to immediately start repairing that generator again and Repressed doesn't let you start repairing for 30 seconds so you are actually losing gen time if you use Repressed to counter Pop. I think it should only block gens for 20 seconds instead of 30 so it's at least even with PGTW.
I've always wanted to like this perk but it's only really used as a means to stop your gen from regressing with Ruin at the moment and Ruin can be cleansed from the game completely so it doesn't even help the entire game.

Would that not also just make it easier for the killer to wait it out and use Pop afterwards though? Like, I’m not sure if that’s really a buff at the end of the day, even though I understand your reasoning behind the change.
Idk it’s tricky. I would say a solution would be allowing the survivor to unblock the gen early if they want to but tbh that’d probably be too good then unless it had a higher activation requirement. Gen blocking is always a double edged sword since it prevents both sides from interacting (except for corrupt since those gens are guaranteed to be at 0 so the inability to kick them doesn’t matter), and in a way I feel like that’s what makes those perks balanced, repressed included.
The perk has kinda lost a lot of value these days anyways since a lot of killers are using PR and/or DMS now rather than PGTW. You could still technically block a gen to prevent PR from hitting it but that’s not really worth it in most cases unless the killer is hooking near the gen and is going to push you off anyways. And if they have DMS well then it’s basically doing the same thing repressed would be doing anyways so it kinda becomes redundant. I used to use repressed sometimes but once those perks entered the meta I stopped running it.
TLDR: I like the idea behind the perk and it could use something, but I’m not sure what the best solution is, and it’s not as good as it used to be.

I like your idea of unblocking the gen when you want and I don't think it would be too OP if it had a better activation requirement like repairing a total of 1 generator first or something like that.

How about it being an inverted PGTW? You see the killer apporaching, you activate it and for 30s an Entity claw hovers over the gen, visible if you pay attention, but missable if you just mindlessly kick gens.
If the Killer kicks the gen while The Entity protects it via Repressed Alliance the killer gets stunned and The Entity progresses the gen by 3/6/9% instantly. The perk then goes into cooldown, either something like 80/70/60s, until you get hooked or, my favorite, until you finish the gen that you used the perk on; "You wanted to protect this gen here? Then bloody finish the thing! Duh."

The biggest change that gen blocking perks need is the ability for the person/team that blocked the gen to undo it at will. Sometimes it's useful to only block it for a brief time, yet you're subjected to the entire duration of the block no matter what. I would like to see both survivors and killers able to unblock generators their own perks have blocked.
I think it would also be a great buff to Repressed Alliance to allow you to unblock a generator that a killer has blocked with the charges you've built up. It would be a nice counter to the several gen blocking perks killers have to run.
