If this is referring to hotfix patch notes, those are usually bug fixes so they're always going to be pretty empty of content/features.

who knows they mightve been switch and they only got the patch today (idk when switch got the patch but ik they were delayed)

Switch got the patch a few hours after it went live for all other platforms.
