Onryo Lullaby
Onryo's lullaby is directional (like a terror radius).
This is not intermittent, this can be seen both in customs and live and at all times.
Lullaby's are Omni-directional. Except for hers.
True on all maps with all perk selections.

Gonna be honest... not sure I've ever even heard her lullaby. Either I hear nothing (De-manifested; if she's close you can hear the warping sounds) or I hear the Heartbeat (Manifested). Never have I heard anything like Anna/Freddy's Lullaby....

I'm one of those "I have 160$ headphones and play the game at 5% volume" people and I've been accused of hacking because I was tracking on Onryo through walls on Lery's and I guess bitter murmer went off and she could see me flawlessly counter looping her totally blind.
It's there if you know what you're listening for. Which makes her the worst stealth killer in the entire game against anyone with good headphones and ears.

What you call warping sound are her lullaby.

Na, you can hear her teleport away, and also manifest and demanifest if you are close. But she also has an additional lullaby on top of that. It's like, this high pitch electric sound. It's actually timed with her appearing and disappearing.

Ok... huh.
To be clear, yes; I can hear her when she teleports, or manifests/de-manifests, stuff like that... I've just never noticed a "lullaby".

It’s a really weird noise. I don’t really know how to describe it and it doesn’t sound like a traditional “lullaby”. But it’s definitely there

She definitely has a lullaby when demanifested. It's like a metal scrapping noise, but I never noticed it was directional.
