Yui and Mikaela are in the same world? (SPOILERS)
So, spoilers ahead. In the final log for The Observer in Tome X, the story teller comments about Yui Kimura and how she was taken a few years prior to the events of the log. She then goes onto her story between Alex and Cliff (who I hope we see in a future chapter). But there’s hints towards the story teller kind of being Mikaela. Her coffee stained book, her having an early shift at a café. It almost seems intentional that they pointed those out. Of course, it could be some random story teller and not actually Mikaela as her name is never stated. But it definitely seems like the two are apart of the same world. What are your thoughts on it? I’m really curious.

I like to imagine that most of not all non licensed characters are from the same place, for license it would only happen if their world was too crazy to fit with the rest like Bill's

All the original characters (maybe not ghostface) are from the same world.

It's safe to say most of the original survivors come from the same world.
There might be a few that might come from a slightly different timeline but it's most likely they all come from the same world for example the Haddie we're getting as a survivor is from a different timeline than the one from the tomes.

It is an interesting theory. I like seeing how these characters are interconnected.

Elodie, Felix, Blight, Twins are from the same universe. but I don't know past that.

As long as there isn't any consistency issues, I assume all characters are from the same world.
