Got on, first 3 games, DC in all... yeah DCs really aren't common
Seriously, the DC bans need to be harsher. This is a joke I cant go more than a min in a game without a DC.
At this point I might as well not bother playing... it's bad enough this SBMM doesnt work and I'll be paired with new players but having to deal with a 3v1 at game start against killers who wanna slug all 3 too I dont see the point.
Permanent bans need to be dished out I think...

People will then just die on hook. Had it happen in my first game on. Someone got hooked first, killed the selves on hook as I was about to pick them off. The killer came and I literally just stood there and killed my self because what’s the point?
it needs to be looked at more WHY people are dc’ing so much. Personally the rise I’ve seen in camping & tunnelling this past week has been crazy. Killers moan about DH, DS, BT but the reason most survivors run that is because of camping tunneling etc. I change my perks to something fun for one game and get tunnelled out. Leaving me no choice but to run those perks if I actually want to play a game. Both sides are toxic af and a fair few things need to be adjusted for a better experience on both sides.

They're dcing because they're pathetic kids who cant handle going down or versing certain killers.
The devs cant change bad and salty players...
I'm sure they can put in systems to kick and ban people who go AFK etc.
Or at least group them together so rage quitters play with other rage quitters

Honestly as a survivor main I only dc when my power or something out of my control happens and if bans were harsher I would quit because if I got a heavy punishment for this I would think wow not fair. That being said if I am first found and my three teammates are in the corners crutching I am killing my self on hook. If the killer is just hanging out beside me I'm killing my self on hook. I am not responsible for your fun if I am getting camped and not having fun I leave in a legit way and move on. If someone dcs or kills them on hook its not personal it is just they owe you absolutely nothing. Cry some more about DCing and then cry even more when the punishment does not fit the action.

If you dont DC often it wouldn't affect you.
I do find it funny how it's always new accounts and people say "but what about power cuts" like come on you dont get power cuts multiple times a day every day... and if you do why should I be forced to play with you to ruin my experience.

I see you also brave the wild wacky world of Selfish Q. Dcing at the early game is one of the biggest let down in this game. It is rare to recover from this. And why we all have things we don't like, DCing is just the selfish ######### way to handle them.

BHVR needs to just add the bots that take over for the player that DC and give them at least a ten minute ban and if you DC 3 times in a day you should get a 24 hr ban

They can’t reasonably ban people who just DC on rare occasion for more than a few minutes because crashes and such do happen sometimes. What they could possibly do is ramp up the penalty more quickly for repeat offenders who disconnect multiple times in a relatively short period.
And yes, players can still go afk or die on hook, but rage quitters aren’t necessarily all that patient, if they were they wouldn’t be flipping the table and disconnecting in the first place. Having the DC penalty serves the dual purpose of giving someone who might be angry a reason to take a moment to have a deep breath and then keep playing, and also to help weed out people who have so little self-control that they just dc on a whim with no regard to anybody else in the match. So even though you’ll still have sore losers throwing games the DC penalties do still improve the situation.

Simple DC 3 times in a row or numerous times you get put in lobbies with others that like to DC too.

Oh yeah iv had that happen, dude rage quit because not enough gens got done... like 3 got done in one chase and I did the one i spawned on 😂
