Survivor Perks

You know how to find your way out of any situation. Increases the probability of hook and bear trap escapes by 10/15/20%. When searching a Jigsaw Box that does not have the correct key, there is a 20% chance you will find it anyway.
Hideaway (Lightweight Rework)
You know more than you ought to about stealth. Scratch Marks left by running stay visible for 1/2/3 seconds less than normal. The noises caused by your footsteps and their hearing distances are reduced by 30/40/50%.
Run Away, Kid!
Sometimes running is the best strategy. Gain a 3/4/5% Haste status effect for 15 seconds whenever you successfully escape a Chase.

Uncontrollable Hunger
Sometimes you have no choice but to sacrifice others—but that does not mean you won't let your kindness shine through. For every equivalent of 1 full health state that you heal other Survivor gain a token up to a maximum of 1/2/3 tokens. Each token increases your vaulting, healing, and cleansing speed by 5%. Whenever a Survivor that you earned a token from gets hooked, you suffer from the Guilt status effect for 30/25/20 seconds. While Guilty, you cannot repair, search, cleanse, or sabotage and altruistic actions can only be performed on the target of your Guilt. Guilt does not stack if multiple targets are hooked.
Six of Spades
Luck is always on your side—sometimes in interesting ways. After missing 3 Great Skill Checks in a row, the odds of Skill Checks are reduced by 10/15/20% but with 20/15/10% smaller success and bonus zones. After successfully hitting 3 Great Skill Checks in a row, the odds of Skill Checks are 5/7/10% higher.
Killer Perks
Janitorial Duty
It is your job to catch escaped prisoners. Bloodlust is gained 5/10/15% faster and has 10/15/20% stronger effects.
A Lady's Looks
Your appearance alone instills great fear. Survivors who are in a Chase with you suffer from a 3/4/5% Hindered status effect while looking at you. If your Red Stain touches a Survivor, they will be forced to look at you for 3 seconds.
Unladylike Envy
You become Obsessed with one Survivor. Your hateful jealousy for your Obsession fills you with rage. Each time you hook your obsession, gain a token up to a maximum of 1/2/3 tokens.
1 token: Movement speed when not in a chase increased by 3%.
2 tokens: Terror radius decreased by 4 meters.
3 tokens: The last person to unhook your Obsession suffers from the Exposed status effect until the next time they are hooked.
Lose 1 token every time your Obsession wins a chase against you.
No Rats in the Kitchen!
You will not stand for vermin getting in the way of preparing meat. When you are further than 32 meters from a hooked Survivor, the auras of Survivors who come within 16 meters of the hooked Survivor are revealed to you for 3/4/5 seconds. When entering a chase with someone who unhooked that Survivor, immediately obtain tier 1 Bloodlust.

I'm not going to comment on every idea, but I do feel inclined to point out that Unladylike Envy is broken. And I don't mean broken overpowered, I mean broken as in that it literally wouldn't work. You gain tokens from hooking the obsession. But if the obsession isn't rescued before reaching the next stage or sacrificed then you could potentially only gain one token. The 3rd token feels super clunky anyway. So if I was a survivor and unhooked the obsession the second time and 3 minutes later you catch and sacrifice the obsession then I randomly get an exposed status an indefinite amount of time? That just feels wrong.
I would rework the perk so that it functions off of hook progress as opposed to number of times hooked. I would remove the part where the obsession can remove tokens by winning a chase. You have a limited number of tokens gainable so it isn't fair to the killer to have no way of recovering tokens if the obsession dies. I would also change the 3rd token to something completely different. Perhaps 3% run bonus while in a chase. By the time you've killed the obsession then it's pretty late game anyway so it wouldn't be overpowered.
