IMO Best Add-on Design
In terms of add-on design, Prayer Tablet Fragment is one of the best, if not the best. It is a suitable side grade, and completely changes how Plague is played. Many times, add-ons of lower rarity are not used unless the higher rarity add-ons do little or nothing, or if the lower rarity is used to stack with an add-on of the same effect. PTF gives the player a reason to try her differing rarity add-ons, and in general, Plague's add-on selection isn't restricted by only some being useful.
I see a lot of conversations on how many high rarity and high strength add-ons can be adjusted to be stronger, but I see few giving any attention to the uncommons or commons.
I'd love to hear all of your ideas for the "meme" or lower tier add-ons. Thank you!
