What is the exact speed-up provided by shiny pin?

I was calculating the effect of some add-ons for my experimental builds and wanted to know the speed-up that Shiny pin actually provides? The wiki states it provides a 5% speed-up, but 5% of what? Her Wind-up speed (3.08)? Her Base Movement Speed(4.4)? 5% of base Movement Speed (4.0)? There is no clear answer. I would much appreciate a clarification on this from the Devs. I searched the forums but couldn't find a post specifically regarding this.

You should have searched the wiki some more, it literally has a page listing all movement speeds and how addons affect the modifiers. Neither of your presumed answers is quite correct, it's a bit more complicated than that. But again, the wiki explains it on that page.

Shiny Pin increases the speed modifier that reduces Huntress' speed during a wind-up (from x0.7 to x0.75), so she'll walk at 3.3m/s with that addon.

Thank you, I didn't know such a page existed on the wiki. Also, because the modifier applies to her base movement speed(4.4), the net effect is 5% of her base movement speed(4.4) as I had listed in one of the options. I also have more questions about how several add-ons stack with each other, I will make another thread about those. Hopefully, you can help answer them too. Thanks again. :)

Well not quite. It works in this case. But my point was that the game mostly works with multipliers, rather than percentages.
