SWITCH - Hatch Spawn With Two Survivors Left

I was playing against a Pinhead on Fractured Cowshed, when I noticed that the hatch (or what might be a placeholder for the hatch spawn) spawned at shack when me & another survivor were still alive. Photo below:
The (unopen) hatch spawned outside the window, in the patch of grass above Adam’s shoulder.
