(PC) Hillbilly chainsaw charge sound cuts off

When charging the chainsaw as Hillbilly and using any of the engravings addons, the chainsaw sound will cut off. Really disorienting for double engravings players, since the charge sound is used as an audio cue for how charged the chainsaw is.
Steps to reproduce:
-Simply charge the chainsaw as Hillbilly and using any of the engravings addons
Happens all the time. Started happening since the most recent update which attempted to fix his silent saw bug, but now created a much worse silent saw bug. Classic BHVR.
