I took a break and come back to the same thing that made me quit

There are a lot of killers/survivors who use third-party software before in my region which made the game unplayable. I decided to take a break - exhausted and frustrated with the state of the game but remain hopeful that issues will be fixed. A month later I come back to the game, and the match ended in 10 seconds when the killer just instant down and instant hook the survivors, teleporting out of nowhere. Apparently instead of banning/fixing, the hacking evolved. 5 games out of 10 I have gotten are just a variety of hackers - abnormal heartbeat abnormal attack speed abnormal running speed.

I am tired and feeling helpless with the situation. Nothing has been done with these hackers - they either got away with it, or start a new account because there is no ip ban and the game is cheap. Now I am not surprised anymore when I return to the game and am told by my friend that the player numbers are worrying. Not only you have toxic survivors and killers, now you have more hackers, which at the very least you can tolerate with the former.

I don't feel like the dev has ever addressed the issues? Does easy anti-cheat upgrade and follow up on the newest hacking methods to detect them? Or is the hacking issues frequent in certain region only thus being ignored? I do want to support the game and come back to the game because I am a perfectionist trying to get all the rift rewards. But with this rampage of the hackers, I am not even sure if I want to waste my time torturing myself.
