I expected changes in Onryo in Mid-Chapter, How long does it take to Adjust Onryo (Sadako)?
It's been just 3 weeks since the release of Sadako (Onryo), as my post says, how long will it take for us to see an adjustment/balance in her?
does she need more time for enough information to reach the devs that she is below average?
I'm going to give my opinion, it seems to me a killer "OK" but it needs some other tweaks in its power, condemne improvements and improvement of her mini-phases in chase after manifest.
I was really expecting some more adjustments in the Mid-Chapter but it seems that she will go to more time...

I think they've said in the past that they don't make many changes until 3 months after the chapter release. They like the new content to settle in before making changes erratically.

There's so many little things they could do with what she already has, she doesn't need MUCH. She just needs a few tiny things to come her way and I think she'd be in a comfy spot.

Now sadako weak than legion and ghostface , both get buffed.
Now just only sadako is a C tier.

Uh, she just got buffed from the PTB. Her condemned was made more threatening, her TR was reduced in size, and her demanifestation was also tweaked. They'll need to collect more gameplay data to determine what spot she is in before a rush to judgment. Our opinions are great but even rough data is better than individual game outcomes.

Generally speaking, I wouldn't expect any changes to the most recent chapter in the next mid-chapter. Typically there's 3-4 weeks between a major release and the next PTB; there's simply not enough time for everything to settle, analyze all the new content, and implement the changes before the PTB comes out (and this isn't considering the lead time we have on updates; the things in this PTB were locked in several weeks ago). If something is super pressing, we can sometimes squeeze one or two changes into the mid-chapter, but we prefer not to if it can be avoided.
We're still keeping an eye on her, but we've learned from the past not to make impulse decisions when it comes to balance.

Nobody knows if she is weak or strong yet.
We haven´t seen the stats - and only stats count.
I think she is very strong in low-mid and so maybe has a much higher kill rate than you might expect - like Pinhead.
Could easily be that she gets nerfed - like Pinhead.

If only Freddy didn't get panic nerfed 1 week after his release, we might have still had release Freddy today. :(

Thank you for that Peanits, making rash fixes are not the best way to go at times and glad you guys noted this. We may not say it but you guys do work hard trying to balance the game. We as a community may not agree with some of the choices you guys and gals at BHVR have made so we get a bit....."vocal" on the forums. Just do your best.......and in a side note.

It's safe to say that release Freddy would not have lasted all this time. It's easy to look back and miss the things we no longer have, but realistically, he was very unpopular both to play as and against while also not managing to get many kills (aside from the glaring issue of slugging sleeping survivors). Manually putting people to sleep was a lot more brutal than people give it credit for, and massively slowing down generators ended up not being very exciting.
It might have lasted a little longer, but it definitely wouldn't stay that way even with the new process.

Not having to wake dying survivors up first was the only reasonable change (that was an issue, I agree), but even then, waking them up automatically was too much. The Terror Radius and Sleep Speed Penalty nerfs also hurt him, and they weren't really necessary.
I just wish BHVR didn't abandon the concept of pulling survivors into the dream with you. Being in your own separate world in the trial and monitoring everything the survivors do when they're in there with you was really fun. He was my favourite killer for that reason, and I believe he could've been made more appealing with QoL changes, such as reducing the speed penalty when putting survivors to sleep and making the Dream Transition visible to the killer.
I wish for his return every time I play this game. I don't even want him to replace the current Freddy, I just want the option to play him again. He was basically deleted from the game, and if you ask me, that's a massive shame. I hope he's revisited one day, even if it's pretty far into the future.

Wasn't it once said that mid-chapters were where the devs would look at the killer released two chapters ago. SO this mid-chapter should have seen the Artist get looked at. Since she wasn't, does that mean the the Devs are happy with how the Artist is currently preforming?

Anything of value in a chase.
TVs taking less than the total duration of the match to come back on.
Condemned as a mechanic being slightly more threatening than "Oops, I ignored Condemned all match. These three stacks of it I got are vewy scawy."

Condemnation should be so once you get to 7 stacks you cannot remove them with tapes anymore. They should reduce the time to gain condemn when holding a tape to 24 seconds to match the movie 24h is a day.

The handful of time I've gone against masochists playing her, I've legitimately not even interacted with the TVs or tapes and never got higher than 3, except when she was running the add on to spread Condemned with healing, and that got me to 5.

For Example: The addon of the old newspaper as Onryo's base power and revision of the condemne, add more pressure to force players to go to TVs. I would also review Onryo's "lullaby" (Exactly when it exits from demanifest to Manifest mode)

And I genuinely think you're wrong. All her map traversal and condemn mechanic doesn't neglect the fact that at the end of the day, she's an m1 killer, and you can just predrop pallets on her. Play hit and run? COH. Commit to chase? You have no chase power, so your chases are going to be 3x longer. The time she saves with map traversal is used when you're in chase lmao.
Respect to bhvr for trying to make a viable m1 no chase power killer. But she just highlights the sorry state of the game towards non chase oriented killers.

Sadako is as busted as they feared... During this mmr test. Too bad she will never be viable against competent survivors, but I highly recommend anyone who disliked when she launched to abuse the fact that there is no mmr at the moment.

I understand this very well and can absolutely understand it. Why is it not possible for BHVR to produce one less chapter ( 1 year ) and bring more quality of life updates? like more perk, Add On, Map balance and so on ?

Stats say that the nurse is the worst killer so do not rely on them. You just need to know the game to understand that she is weak (Sadako).

One of the devs has said they did a lot of work on Ghost Face, Legion and Haddonfield so they were focusing on that. I don't believe them not adjusting Artist at all means she won't get any changes.

The statistics are not everything, there are too many factors, and the factor that the nurse has a bad kill ratio, because it is a difficult killer to use, the players the vast majority of players left in the game almost more than 75% are people between 1h - 2000 hours, very little percentage really knows how to use the nurse, therefore, you have to see those things too.
I have 5400 hours and I'm still playing.

One thing is that when you play Sadako, when you use the Tvs they introduce enough pressure that the survivors have to interact with them, the "condemned" barely introduces enough pressure and I've spent like close to +50 hours on it, I was able to make mori to 2 players but I remember correctly.
