KILLER CONCEPT: THE PSYCHOPATH
Real Name: Jeffrey Woods
Killer Name: The Psychopath
Appearance:
Jeff the Killer: A serial killer, who's permanently psychotic face represents his utter enjoyment of inflicting as much pain on others as possible.
Bloodstained Hoodie: A white hoodie and a pair of black, dress pants, both stained with the dried and fresh blood of hundreds of victims.
Stainless Kitchen Knife: A large, kitchen knife responsible for the deaths of hundreds of victims, used to rip into their muscles as the rusty blade scraped the bone beneath as they would beg for death to relieve them of the unbearable pain.
Terror Radius: 12 meters
Base movement speed: 4.6 m/s

OVERVIEW:
A persistent Killer, able to lurk near and injure Survivors to feed his power, "Night Terror." Once the power gauge is full, he can activate "Go To Sleep," allowing him to inflict serious injuries on Survivors to hinder their interactions with the map. He can also sneak up on Survivors and ambush them out of nowhere with "Lurk In The Darkness."
His perks, "Happy Thoughts," "Counting Sheep," and "Scourge Hook: Bloodied Smile," allow him to aggressive hunt down and maim cooperative Survivors before they can react.

POWER:
NIGHT TERROR
The Psychopath’s mind had snapped years ago, making his desire to kill so pure that even the bravest of his prey see him as the monster of their nightmares, and soon they will not be awake much longer.
- The Psychopath's stun duration is reduced by 40%.
- Hitting Survivors with a Basic Attack will feed The Psychopath's active ability, "Go To Sleep."
- Terror Radius is reduced by 80%.

GO TO SLEEP:
Press and hold the Active ability button to enter a crazed frenzy for 60 seconds.
Upon activation:
- Terror Radius is increased by 80%.
- Survivors can hear The Psychopath's hysterical laughter.
- Movement speed and action speed are reduced by 25%.
- Red Stain is removed from the Terror Radius.
- Upon hitting a Survivor with a Basic Attack, the Survivor is inflicted with the Deep Wound status effect. Upon Mending:
- The Survivor is inflicted with the Mangled and Hemorrhage status effects for 60 seconds.
- The Survivor’s action speed is reduced by 20% for repairs, healing, cleansing totems, sabotages, and unhooking other Survivors.
- Blood Trails from injured Survivors are more visible to The Psychopath.
- Killer Instinct reveals the location of a Survivor when they are within 6 meters of a downed Survivor.
- Downed Survivors are Hindered and cannot heal themselves until they have been either unhooked or healed by at least one health state.

SPECIAL ABILITY: LURK IN THE DARKNESS
- Press and hold the Secondary Active Ability Button to Teleport between chests, generators, and lockers. During this time, Survivors can hear The Psychopath's faint, hysterical laughter in the background.
- While Teleporting, The Psychopath is granted with the Undetectable status effect, which has its timer paused until the Killer has Teleported.
- Upon Teleporting, The Psychopath is Undetectable for 10 seconds.
- Has a cooldown for 60 seconds, which is reduced by 25% for every injured Survivor.

PERKS
PERK #1: HAPPY THOUGHTS
Your desire to inflict pain on others makes you so happy, and only the sweet sight of blood will make everything better.
Upon hooking a Survivor, the Survivor closest to the hooked Survivor will scream, revealing their aura for 2/4/6 seconds, and is Exposed for 20/40/60 seconds.
(Survivors’ perks do not affect Happy Thoughts).

PERK #2: COUNTING SHEEP
Your prey are nothing but lambs to the slaughter.
- Upon hooking a Survivor, the auras of all Survivors whom they had performed cooperative actions with by any means are revealed to you for 6/8/10 seconds. Those Survivors are Oblivious and Exhausted either for 20/40/60 seconds or until they are down by one health state.
- When a Survivor is hit with a Basic Attack, Counting Sheep goes on cooldown for 60 seconds.
- (Survivors' perks do not affect Counting Sheep)

PERK #3: Scourge Hook: BLOODIED SMILE
The permanent smile carved into your face shows your extreme desire to kill victims in the worst ways possible.
- At the start of the trial, 4 random hooks are chosen to be scourge hooks, which are revealed by a white aura.
- When a Survivor is unhooked from a scourge hook for the first time, gain a token. For each token, movement speed is increased by 2/4/6%.

MORI
The Psychopath knocks the Survivor to the ground and begins slashing and stabbing through the Survivor's body, laughing hysterically as he enjoys the violence. When he is done, he carves the Survivor’s mouth into a smile as they choke to death on their own blood. As he lays his index finger against their lips, he says, “Shh… Just go to sleep,” and slits their throat, blood gushing from the open wound. The Psychopath then stands up from their dead body, chuckling as he licks the blood off of his knife.

Just to be clear, Jeff the Killer is not edgy or emo. He’s a psychotic killing machine who wants nothing less than to inflict as much pain on others as he can. Just because a teenager has black hair, pale skin, and a knife, that’s not what makes someone edgy. Besides, he never chose for his skin and hair to look the way it does, so yeah. When someone is edgy, that person is nervous and tries to act tough just to be cool. If anyone is edgy and emo, it’s Jane “the Killer” Richardson since acts and looks like a goth girl just because Jeff killed her parents. Despite her only hating Jeff, she believes that her Liquid Hate, which is where is got her regenerative powers, makes her invincible. In conclusion, I’m not going to stop making killer concepts for Creepypasta characters just because Critical_Fish doesn’t think they belong here. Speaking of them, I couldn’t care less about them being offended by the concept of psychopathy. They can be petty, but they will do it somewhere else. Anyways, enjoy!
