Problem with Syberia servers.

Since Russian subforum is almost dead, I want to ask here - after last patch I got a huge problem with hosting a lobby at killer side, cause there are a lot of Japan guys that comes to my host (East Syberia) with ping about 600-1000, so I cant really play as killer, people just come in, wait for 5 seconds and leave. Is there a chance to fix this problem?
