I wish they would stop making connection-based perks

For those who don't know what I'm talking about, I mean Head-On, Smash Hit, Parental Guidance, things like that. They're all based around timing a stun, which should be a risky action, and is for a lot of people, but for others they have zero risk, all reward. Their connection gives them that much of an advantage to where they can actually get value out of these otherwise meme tier perks consistently. It's just annoying not being able to use perks yourself, but seeing others get so much value from them. My connection is good but it's not amazing.

If I try to Head-On, I get grabbed out of the locker or it whiffs. If try to do the same as killer, the game always always always gives the survivor priority with the stun.

Same thing with pallet stuns. If I try to use Smash Hit or Parental Guidance to get the stun, the killer either respects the pallet or swings through and hits me. But if I try to step back to avoid the stun or try to swing through and hit them, they always do the teleport backwards into insta-pallet stun, even when I'm all the way through the pallet.

Dead Hard and Sprint Burst are the most annoying. On your screen you hit them on time, but on theirs they timed it just right, so you get screwed out of a hit. They either 99 their Sprint Burst and make you auto aim miss, or they Dead Hard seemingly after your attack went through them. But if you try the same, you're gonna get hit 99% of the time.

Whatever validation system this game has with these perks and gameplay elements is just horrendous. They're so inconsistent and just add to the randomness (the bad kind) of the game. If this is never going to be fixed, then just stop releasing these kinds of perks that only people with really good connections can abuse.
