Estas seguro que es de Consola y no de PC? Ten encuentra que si juegas desde Steam, ves a los jugadores de Epic y Microsoft store con el mismo símbolo que los de consola.
Y cuando te pase esto, manda un ticket directo. No reportes solo por el juego.

Pathoz tiene razón con el ticket y con el hecho de que, podrían ser de PC también.
