Give him a Tier 4 evil within...

when he has stalked completly 3 survivors he enter into:

Tier 4

the Obsession suffer from blindness and oblivious status effect. (tier 1 inspired)

normal movement speed (as tier 2)

greater lunge (as tier 3)

in essence he become undetectable by the obession only and retain the tier 3 lunge but get back to normal movmement speed as he is more taking his time to delight in the pursue of his obsession.
