When will the Nightmare have the original Freddy available?

    i would not expect it ever tbh.

    the license holder seems to be very strict with their characters. We didn’t even get any additional cosmetics in the in-game store at all. Also as i have read they insisted on the reboot version instead of the original from the very beginning (though this is hearsay and not confirmed)

    so it’s very unlikely we get anything and especially not a cosmetic that might need further rights regarding the actor as well..

    Different license holder I'm afraid. They would need to bring him in as his own licence, which I couldn't see being done for just a cosmetic.

    I have never paid money for a cosmetic (unless you count the Rift Pass I guess) but I would buy a Old School Freddy cosmetic.

    Unfortunately as others have stated, right holders who do not wish to make this happen stand in the way :(

    I figured that much! I say make it sorta look like the original lol. The reboot hurts my soul!

    I have to watch the reboot again sometime. I only remember that it was reeaally bad. Maybe i see that different today.

    Everybody would rather want old Freddy.

    But it is a fact that they could not get the license for it.
