people complain about the nerf cause it won't change nothing... the problem wasn't the healing percentage itself, but the fact that boons can be spammed without limits and provide also a free (and better) selfcare. if boons were treated like hexes this wouldn't be a huge problem (in that instance i would gladly revert all the received nerfs), but the devs failed to understand what is the real problem about CoH...
