Does the Hemmorhage change replace the bleeding or is it an addition?

They mention that it’s not useful because of scratch marks but it’s still useful for countering Shadow Step and Lightweight and useful for tracking as Victor so I’m hoping it’s an addition but it’s unclear.

I'm also curious about that- I don't think both effects would be OP or anything, so it's absolutely possible. At the same time, they may want the effect to be more simple, so maybe not...

It replaces the bleeding, although they could easily keep both effects.

Pretty sure it REPLACES the bleeding. Personally, I'd keep both effects but what can you do, right?
