Increase hook respawn time for Saboteur perk
So does anyone know the exact time it takes for a hook to respawn that is sabo'd by the perk Saboteur? It seems like it doesn't stay broken nearly long enough. So someone went down near me and I used the perk to sabo a hook. As I ran away I stepped into a trapper trap that was just a few steps away from the hook. The other person wiggled free and I wasn't worried because I had just sabo'd the hook and felt like I had plenty of time to wiggle free also. Well the killer takes every bit of 3 seconds to turn and pick me up after the other survivor wiggled free. When my wiggle bar got to about 70% the hook I sabo'd respawn for what felt like literally just a few short seconds. I was also using the perks flip flop and boil over. Hooks sabo'd with the perk Saboteur do not stay broken long enough. I almost feel like I need to use the toolbox with the extended sabo time addon to make doing it worth the effort. The perk should buy more time than this. That situation was too much effort on my part with a return that did not feel worth it.

30 seconds by default it takes for hooks to respawn.
And no, I disagree. The perk is designed for "annoying" playstyle of "lets sabo hooks in killers face" gameplay. This perk is fine as it is. No need for buffs.

I would lower the cooldown if anything tho.

I would not. However I would agree with one buff to it - no longer it will give you the cooldown if you didn't managed to sabo the hook or you canceled the action. The cooldown should activate only after sabo the hook.

I disagree. Even if you manage to sabo a hook before the killer gets a survivor there 90% of the time they still have time to get to another hook. So it's pretty weak so why not try and balance the game a little by giving survivors something to work with and have 2 minute respawn times. If we use Sabo perk it has a cooldown of 60 seconds anyway and toolboxes have limited charges so it's not gonna be op.

People sabo it in the killers face because it doesnt stay sabo'd long enough to be worthwhile otherwise.

But that's not annoying.
Sabo squads are fun to go against. They're interactive. They take chases easily. It's almost always a guaranteed 4k as long as you're staying aware of where all of them are.
Sabo squads will always be 3489302x more fun than immersed or gen jockey squads.
