why my input.ini empty? (ENG/RU)

Did you try to modify the ini file?
you can add -REGENERATEINIS to the launch options in Steam and see if that fixes it. Remove the launch option after the first launch again though!

Then I guess you should create a thread in the technical issues section and describe your problem their and mention that the regen option didn’t help
