Eruption regresses blocked generators

If the killer kicks a generator to activate Eruption on it, and the generator is then blocked, if it is blocked when the killer downs someone (triggering eruption), the generator will lose the 6% progress despite being blocked. Blocked generators normally are not supposed to be able to change progress in any way.

This seems to be an Eruption-only bug, and other killer perks which automatically regress generators do not do this.

Examples of other perk interactions which are working correctly:

  • If a blocked generator is hit by Surge, it will begin to regress upon being unblocked, but will not lose any progress until then.
  • If a blocked generator would be hit by Pain Resonance, then it will target the next-highest generator instead.
  • Ruin has no effect while a generator is blocked, but it will resume regression upon being unblocked.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Have a survivor work on a gen for 3 seconds.
  2. Kick the gen to activate eruption, and have the survivor tap it so it doesn't regress to 0.
  3. Get the gen blocked in some way, doesn't matter how.
  4. Down the survivor and trigger eruption. Notice that the gen will be back to 0 despite still being blocked which shouldn't happen. Instead the generator should be put into a regressing state, but should not lose any progress until it is unblocked.
