PC - Fearmonger seems to pause exhaustion entirely

So, when the killer uses the Fearmonger perks, it seems to completely pause the exhaustion status.

So if I have 30 seconds left of exhaustion and start repairing a generator for 30 seconds, when I leave the generator, I'll be around the same time (not sure if the 5 seconds from fearmonger are added)

I personally had Balanced Landing when I noticed it.

    That's part of what the perk does

    This isn't a bug

    Oh I'm sorry, I didnt notice that perk had been buffed, that explains why I've seen so many fearmonger recently, that makes it really good now!
