what happens to the nodes that i dont collect the bp for once the tome is closed?

but i still get to collect the BP at a later date, say when the next chapter comes out?

    Yes, basically any node you dont collect can be collected at another date.

    The only thing you lose out on are the fragments (you can save challenges from another tome to help you progress in another)

    I still have challenges from tome 1 I forget to claim lol can still do it though

    you can do the tomes after even if you "collect rewards and finish that level"

    I go back and do the older ones for BP

    Tomes don’t close. Rifts close, and when a rift closes, the associated tome no longer grants progress towards the rift. Otherwise, the tome remains unchanged.

  • The compendium saves all of the ones you didn’t collect

    Tome challenges, once released, can be completed and collected for BP at any time. Old Tomes and their challenges can be found in the Compendium of the Archives.

    They will no longer award Rift Fragments once their relevant Rift has ended though.

    It's a popular strategy to complete lots of challenges without cashing them in so as to save their BP for when its most wanted (like when a new character comes out).
